土壤肥料学实验课程的教学改革与实践

为全面培育卓越农林人才，提高教学培养质量，本研究结合土壤肥料学的课程内容、教学特点及实验方法，对存在的问题进行了剖析，并结合实际针对存在问题做出了相应改革，适时调整《土壤肥料学》实验课程内容和形式。通过删减验证性实验内容，增设综合性实验，传统部分教学内容实现网络化等三方面对该课程的实验课部分进行了改革与实践，以期提高学生综合运用所学《土壤肥料学》的相关知识来解决生产实际问题的能力。     

Dynamic Model Averaging and CPI Inflation Forecasts: A Comparison between the Euro Area and the United States

The paper forecasts consumer price inflation in the euro area (EA) and in the USA between 1980:Q1 and 2012:Q4 based on a large set of predictors, with dynamic model averaging (DMA) and dynamic model selection (DMS). DMA/DMS allows not solely for coefficients to change over time, but also for changes in the entire forecasting model over time. DMA/DMS provides on average the best inflation forecasts with regard to alternative approaches (such as the random walk). DMS outperforms DMA. These results are robust for different sample periods and for various forecast horizons. The paper highlights common features between the USA and the EA. First, two groups of predictors forecast inflation: temporary fundamentals that have a frequent impact on inflation but only for short time periods; and persistent fundamentals whose switches are less frequent over time. Second, the importance of some variables (particularly international food commodity prices, house prices and oil prices) as predictors for consumer price index inflation increases when such variables experience large shocks. The paper also shows that significant differences prevail in the forecasting models between the USA and the EA. Such differences can be explained by the structure of these respective economies. Forecasting economic indicators using a consumer sentiment index: Survey‐based versus text‐based data

Given the confirmed effectiveness of the survey‐based consumer sentiment index (CSI) as a leading indicator of real economic conditions, the CSI is actively used in making policy judgments and decisions in many countries. However, although the CSI offers qualitative information for presenting current conditions and predicting a household's future economic activity, the survey‐based method has several limitations. In this context, we extracted sentiment information from online economic news articles and demonstrated that the Korean cases are a good illustration of applying a text mining technique when generating a CSI using sentiment analysis. By applying a simple sentiment analysis based on the lexicon approach, this paper confirmed that news articles can be an effective source for generating an economic indicator in Korea. Even though cross‐national comparative research results are suited better than national‐level data to generalize and verify the method used in this study, international comparisons are quite challenging to draw due to the necessary linguistic preprocessing. We hope to encourage further cross‐national comparative research to apply the approach proposed in this study.     

PXI在测控系统中的应用

随着有关PXI总线的规范和产品的推出，由于优良的性能指标和适宜的价格，使其受到各相关行业的广泛关注。对风洞测控系统的结构和系统配置作了具体的阐述，并对PXI总线在具体使用中的效果和特点作了较详细的介绍。     

组合夹具CAD技术的研究进展

组合夹具CAD(Computer-Aided Design)技术，是利用计算机辅助组装设计代替传统的人工组装设计的方法，可以有效地提高组合夹具组装设计的速度和质量。介绍了近年来国内外组合夹具CAD技术的发展概况，提出了今后组合夹具CAD技术的研究方法和发展方向。     

NIPA类共聚温敏水凝胶中水的状态和耐热性

用N-异丙基丙烯酰胺（NIPA）与丙烯酸钠（SA）及甲基丙烯酸钠（SMA）共聚合成了两个系列的水凝胶，研究了共聚组成与水凝胶基本性质的关系，并用示差扫描量热法（DSC）和热失重法（TG）研究了此类水凝胶中水的状态和耐热性。     

Photosensitized splitting of cis-syn 1,3-dimethyluracil dimer by tryptophan and its peptides

Photosensitized splitting of cis-syn 1,3-dimethyluracil dimer by tryptophan (Trp) and its peptides (Trp-Tyr and Trp-Phe) is studied by fluorescence quenching experiments and irradiation experiments.It reveals that 1,3-dimethyluracil dimer is mainly split by e?-?aq resulting from two-photon ionization of Trp and its peptides under irradiation with light (λ>290 nm).Moreover,the excited singlet state of Trp and its peptides can transfer an electron to the dimer,which splits and gives two pyrimidines.In addition,because of its lower oxidative potential,the excited triplet state of Trp-Tyr can also split the dimer via transfering an electron to the dimer.     

我国建筑结构质量现状分析

结合我国当前建筑结构质量状况 ,分析了质量事故发生的时间和原因 ,指出了改善、控制和维修等措施     

核动力装置模拟器就地系统中双机通讯的实现

利用微机软仿真实现模拟器就地系统中仪表的动态实时显示和开关的实时控制，可以节省的大量外部设备，提高系统可扩充性。本文介绍了该技术实现的方法，即服务器与客户机之间数据双向通讯的实现途径。经实践验证，本文的方法是正确、可行的。     

噬菌体展示禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因片段文库的构建

构建T7噬菌体展示禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因片段文库. 首先， 从Gene Bank中查找筛选禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因, 将其截短、 修饰、 简并后得到禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因微阵列. 其次， 将合成的禽流感病毒抗原变异性基因片段文库扩增、 酶切, 链接到双酶切后的T7噬菌体载体基因上, 构成重组噬菌体DNA. 最后， 重组噬菌体DNA经体外包装和扩增, 得到T7噬菌体展示文库, 并进行T7噬菌体展示文库滴度、 重组率和免疫活性测定. 实验结果表明, 从Gene Bank中查找、 筛选、 剪切和修饰共获得96 258条序列构建T7噬菌体展示文库, 原始文库滴度为3.6×107个菌落/mL, 重组率大于90%. 用禽流感病毒H5N1抗体进行捕获, 经聚合酶链式反应(PCR)鉴定, 得到理想目的条带, 证明噬菌体表面展示蛋白具有抗原活性, 可用于禽流感病毒感染患者的快速检测及抗原表位筛选.
